We had a wonderful time here celebrating a birthday. This was our first time coming on a recommendation, and we were not disappointed. The noise level was a little too high, but you come to expect that on a busy weekend night. We had their three course meal, and it was just the right amount of everything.

This place has an aura of upscale but very much relaxing. I was with co workers and we wanted to try something new. This place did not upset or disappoint us at all. The waitress was very familiar with the menu and offered some nice suggestions. Most of us had steaks or prime rib. The flavor was on point we left nothing on those plates. To all the fellas take your lady here in her after 5 attire she will definitely treat you later.

We visited for Sunday brunch. It was Mother’s Day and most tables included a kid. We started with bacon deviled eggs and crab and corn fritters. Both were very good. My table ordered the Hipster Toast, Brunch Burger (one order without a bun), Bacon and Eggs, and Baked French Toast. The Bacon and Eggs and Baked French Toast were particularly good. The restaurant filled quickly and the noise level rose to the point it was difficult to hear. But the wait staff were so attentive and friendly. The management gave each ‘mother’ a gift bag with lotion and a 10 gift card to the restaurant.

Brenan gave exceptional service. Food was awesome, hot and good value. Holly was so friendly and receptive to our comments. We will def be back.

We had an amazing experience celebrating my wife's birthday at Firebird in Plano/Frisco! Our server, Ikea (I hope I spelled her name right), was absolutely fantastic, providing exceptional service with a warm and welcoming attitude. She was also training a new server, who did a great job taking care of our order—both of them truly made our night special. What stood out the most was the incredible teamwork throughout the entire restaurant. At the end of our meal, the chef personally brought out a birthday cake, and the entire team surprised us with a birthday card. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the celebration even more memorable. Even the manager came by to wish my wife a happy birthday before we left—an extra gesture that showed how much they care about their guests. We've been celebrating birthdays at Firebird every year, and last year, we visited the Columbus, Ohio location. While we had a good experience there, the service at this new Plano/Frisco location was on another level—truly outstanding! As someone who also works in the food and beverage industry, I want to share this message with the GM: You have an incredible team! Their dedication and teamwork are evident, and I hope that when their birthdays come around, they are celebrated just as wonderfully as they make guests feel. I recently visited this restaurant for the second time, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. Our waitress, Caroline, was absolutely excellent. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. We were also checked on by one of the owners or perhaps the manager her name might have been Holly . She was equally attentive and genuinely made us feel welcomed and valued. The food was outstanding, the service was top notch, and the overall experience was just as wonderful as the first time. I’m already looking forward to going back. This place is truly worth it, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience

First time dining here, and it certainly won’t be my last! The ambiance is delightful, enhanced by great music. The food is absolutely scrumptious. We started with the bacon deviled eggs as an appetizer, and the Parmesan bread was incredibly crispy. Our server, Caroline, was both sweet and attentive; her warm and friendly personality made this experience a perfect 10/10. Holly, whom I assume is the manager with her stylish outfit, also came over to us with our appetizer, which was fantastic. For my main course, I had the filet mignon paired with Parmesan mashed potatoes, while my mom went for the garlic sirloin and a baked potato. This location is so worth it

Hands down the best French fries I have ever eaten in my life - I will be remembering those for a long time! My burger and BLT salad was also amazing. Iced tea is fresh brewed and delicious. Everything is made from scratch and delicious!
